We need you. We’re looking for an Office Manager to join our growing office. Our people are our greatest asset and we want to help them thrive. You’ll be a big part of that.

The role:
As the JAN-PRO Franchise Development office manager, you’ll be responsible for executing the tasks necessary to facilitate day to day operations from an administrative standpoint. You’ll be a resource for leadership, offering support to keep our director focused on non-admin responsibilities. You’ll help plan and schedule team meetings, franchise presentations, and certification classes. You’ll also serve as our first impression answering the telephone which means communicating with our JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting franchisees and their customers. You’ll track and execute supply sales and equipment rentals on behalf of the company for franchise owners purchasing from our store. You’ll support fellow operations team members for other duties as assigned.

You might be a good fit if:

  • You don't just talk about being organized; you’ve actually got air-tight organizational systems, routines, and habits to stay on top of a high volume of processes and requests. You hold yourself accountable with your own reminders. 
  • You have a keen attention to detail—from project management to reviewing documents, you can spot a discrepancy or potential hurdle from a mile away.
  • You have a “client-service” orientation and always bring positive energy.
  • You are comfortable with technology and are motivated to learn new things.
  • Bonus: In addition to English, you can speak and write in Spanish.
Some things you’ll be doing:
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and request orders as necessary (like printing materials, pens, computer accessories, coffee and water, bathroom supplies, light bulbs, etc.).
  • Monitor supply store inventory, request orders as necessary, and receive payments from franchise owners. You’ll also rent and track rental equipment.
  • Prepare monthly audit schedule for field team which will guide their activity.
  • You’ll serve as POC for runners/delivery services.
  • Monitor office presentability and ensure that our space is client-ready.
  • Ensure that conference rooms are prepped for daily client meetings and gatherings, coordinating with the office team for scheduling.
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors from the front desk.
  • Print identification badges for franchise owners and their employees.
  • Identify opportunities for office improvements and implement new systems with approval from leadership. Ideas for operational efficiencies are always welcome!
  • Order meals for the team when in-office lunches are needed.
  • Make reservations for out-of-office dining when needed.
  • Audit PTO and create a report for leadership.
  • Work with leadership to plan and execute off-site gatherings including parties and excursions.
