WFXG-TV FOX54, Augusta's home for the World Series and NFL Football, has an immediate opening for a National Sales Assistant to Provide sales and clerical assistance to the sales staff and assists other departments when necessary.
General Responsibilities:
• Data entry for national broadcast orders, digital campaigns
• Works makegoods with the rep firms as required by the Director of National Sales
• Inquire about National accounts receivable as needed
• Prepares forms and reports
• Correspond with rep firms and interface with co-workers to answer questions/resolve account issues
• Maintain files and other business records
• Performs clerical support to other departments as assigned by management
• Create proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and/or Canva as needed for backup assistance
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• High school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate) required
• Associate’s degree or college courses in applicable fields of study preferred
• DARE, Straa, and/or Medialine experience
• Microsoft Office experience required, ComScore, Wide Orbit, Matrix, Kantar experience a plus

Physical Requirements:
Good eyesight and hearing, ability to walk upstairs and sometimes long distances, ability to lift weights up to 20 pounds,
ability to sit for a long period of time, ability to handle often stressful situations under deadline, good manual and overall
physical dexterity.
