Speakers will consist of, Dr. Steven Flynt, Columbia County School District; Mr. Scott Johnson, Columbia County Board of Commissioners; Ms. Debra Moore, City of Harlem; Ms. Elaine Matthews, City of Grovetown; and Colonel Shaw Pick, Fort Gordon.
