Georgia Department of Labor COVID-19 Update

Ginger Carrington, District 7 Regional Director for Georgia Department of Labor. The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) is updating its current systems to distribute federal unemployment funds as part of the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) bringing economic relief to many Georgians. Several programs will be discussed:

Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation Program (FPUC)- Individual and Employer Filed Claims.
Pandemic Unemployment Assitance (PUA)
