The Columbia County Chamber members joined forces on Wednesday, June 8 at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion to celebrate Professional Business Women.
Guests arrived at 11am and took part in a complimentary Plaque scan provided by Presenting sponsor, Piedmont Augusta. Vendor booths were also set up where attendees could visit which included Sol Himalayan Salt Cave & Spa, Magnolia Chiropractic, Cudos2U, Piedmont Augusta, Thrive Senior Living, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Club Pilates, Dr. Adrienne Davis, Profile by Sanford, and Savannah River Plastic Surgery.
Bonefish Grill served lunch and Thrive Senior Living was the table sponsor providing each attendee with a small token.
Two of Augusta’s Cardiologist graced us with their presence to speak on Women’s Heart Health in the Workplace. Dr. Jennifer McNear and Dr. Shoba Chokkalingam are both very passionate about heart health and expressed the importance of taking care of ourselves.
The Professional Business Woman of the Year Award was sponsored and presented by Bank of America, Ora Parrish had the honors, to crown Susan See, owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes with such a well-deserved award.
The event was elevated to perfection with the help of Lizeidy’s Balloons and Events that created an amazing balloon wall.
