2023 State of the Community

The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce hosted its 13th annual State of the Community on Thursday, September 7 at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center. The State of the Community address is a pivotal event that brings together local leaders, stakeholders, and residents to discuss the current state of affairs and share exciting plans for the future. This year's address was a remarkable occasion, featuring insights from COL Evans, Garrison Commander, Fort Gordon; Debra Moore, City Manager, City of Harlem; Dr. Steven Flynt, Superintendent, Columbia County Schools; Elaine Matthews, City Administrator, City of Grovetown; and Scott Johnson, County Manager, Columbia County. All leaders provided an overview of the key highlights and shed light on the growth and future plans that will shape our community.
Their presentations can be found below.
