To be eligible, students need only have completed their 10th-grade curriculum requirements by the end of the Spring 2024 semester. Even those graduating in May 2024 are encouraged to apply, as this program provides a springboard into the next chapter of their academic and professional journey.

Participating students commit to an 8-week internship, dedicating a minimum of 20 hours per week to their assigned local business. In return, they receive at least minimum wage compensation, ensuring that their efforts are valued and rewarded.
