YWOW & YMOM Class of 2024 Announced

The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the Young Women on the Way (YWOW) and Young Men on the Move (YMOM) mentoring Classes of 2024.
YWOW & YMOM is a 10-month programs geared towards mentoring young professional men and women. As many as five top executives will mentor each of the young professionals (23 to 30-years-old) during a monthly luncheon focused on key topics that aim to enhance personal and professional development. These topics include building your financial future, the balancing act of personal and professional life, effective communications in the workplace and building your network.
This year’s YWOW mentors include JoAnn Herbert, Herbert Homes Inc.; Caroline Ashe, Ivey Homes; Jamie Wier, Blanchard & Calhoun; Jereme Freck, Meybohm; and Stephanie Sharpe, SRP Federal Credit Union. The Class of 2024 include Blakeley Bartee, Golden Harvest Food Bank; Landon Davis, John Deere; Bailey Davidson, Home Run Search; Katelyn Folger, SRP Federal Credit Union; Milantra Lugo, Gloss Salon; Alexis Oberzan, SRP Federal Credit Union; Megan Smith, Elliott Davis, LLC; Gabby Willis, Augusta Staffing; and Mary Wilson, SME CPAs. Young Women on the Way is presented by Spherion Staffing.
This year’s YMOM mentors include Scott Farlow, John Deere; Robbie King, Lead Augusta; Eric Smith, Chick-fil-A Grovetown; and Dalton Self, Jani King of Augusta. The Class of 2024 include Kip Custer, Southpaw Roofing; Cole Flanders, Chick-fil-A of Grovetown; Alex Mann, John Deere; Demetrius Middleton, Columbia County Community Connections; Teddy Rich, Anderson, Adkins & Company; Chandler Shields, SME CPAs; Nicholas Smail, Fehrman Investment Group; and Garret Suiter, Jani-King of Augusta. Young Men on the Move is presented by Jani King of Augusta.
