Goodwill Industries of Middle GA & the CSRA would like to announce a hands on cooking class offered at our Helms College campus in Augusta. On April 25, 2026, bring island sunshine to your weekend table with this lively Saturday Chef class celebrating the vibrant flavors of a Caribbean-style brunch. From savory plantain dishes and jerk-spiced favorites to tropical fruits and sweet island breads, you’ll explore how the warmth, color, and rhythm of the Caribbean come alive through food. Class is taught in a culinary lab by professional chefs. You will learn a new skill and enjoy sampling your culinary creations.
