Sales Coordinator

WFXG-TV is seeking applicants for the position of Sales Coordinator for our Fox Affiliated station in Augusta, GA.  This position requires strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
 
Duties will include but are not limited to:
 

  • Updating Accounts Receivable delinquencies for local sales
  • Routing information between sales and other departments or group hub
  • Assembling and pulling reports
  • Provide support for internal sales projects
  • Providing excellent customer services to internal and external clients and contacts
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
 
  • Must be willing to work in Augusta, GA on site at the studio location
  • Minimum of 2 years working with Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 2 years working in an administrative position
  • Experience in Broadcast Television is a plus
 
Skills and Abilities:
 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency while under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to problem solve
